  • TITO’S ORGANIC Website provides information on TITO’S ORGANIC Business, and Tito’s Organic products and services is intended only for use from and in the Republic of India (India) and is based on the laws of India.   • Please note: Passwords should not be given to third parties and must be protected from unauthorized access. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password, you should notify TITO’S ORGANIC immediately. TITO’S ORGANIC disclaims any liability and responsibility for damage caused as a result of improper use of passwords.

 

  1. TITO’S ORGANIC Privacy Statement and Policies:

 

  • All personal data provided to TITO’S ORGANIC while using TITO’S ORGANIC Website will be handled in accordance with the Website Privacy Notice. If you register or log in as a DR/DS or as a Preferred Customer, the Privacy Policy for DR/DS and PCs applies in addition.
  • All information provided to TITO’S ORGANIC during the use of TITO’S ORGANIC Website must be correct, complete, and up to date. If we have reason to believe that incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information has been provided, access to TITO’S ORGANIC Website may be limited or blocked.

  • The right to use the password-protected parts of TITO’S ORGANIC Website as an ADR/ADS or a PC ends on termination of the ADR/ADS Contractor of the PC Contract without the need for any further actions by TITO’S ORGANIC. In the event of termination thereof, the ADR/ADS or PC must delete or destroy all stored, printed, or copied materials, unless they must be retained to comply with legal requirements.
